Refund Eligibility

Timeframe:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your product.

Shipping Damages:
- For both hand-painted and canvas paintings, products damaged during shipping are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- To process your claim, you must:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.
- Provide clear photos showing:
- The damaged painting from multiple angles.
- The external shipping box with the shipping label visible.
- The packaging materials (bubble wrap, box filling, etc.).

Allowed Differences:
- Due to the nature of hand-painted and canvas paintings, slight color differences may occur because of screen calibration or varying light conditions.
- Color differences up to 7% are considered acceptable and do not qualify for a refund.

Dimensional Differences:
- If the painting is shorter by more than 1 cm than the advertised size, you qualify for a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued for:
- Color differences within the 7% tolerance.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Slight variations inherent in hand-painted art, as each piece is unique.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@iloskiart.com with your order number.
- Attach clear photos of:
- The product (full painting not parts).
- The shipping box and packaging materials (if applicable).
Processing Refunds
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or a replacement will be arranged.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
